Damaged Products

We have a friendly return policy whereby we refund for products which are damaged, broken, have manufacturing defects or are different from the product ordered.

The customer/buyer has to get back to through phone/email within 72 hours of receipt of damaged goods or goods not meeting description. will then initiate the return process. Customer will have to send an image of product on email in case she is claiming that the product is damaged or not meeting description. Also ensure that product tag is attached and intact.The return shipping to us for the product will be borne by us. 

Size Issues

Of what use is a dress that doesn't fit you. We do request you to carefully check sizes before placing an order, but if you still face any sizing issues you can contact us on and we'll arrange a size exchange for you.
